Have you ordered a Veteran Signature Brick for that special family member or friend who served or is presently serving in the U.S. Military? Applications are now available online. [ Click Here ]
A Veterans Signature Brick makes a nice birthday or holiday present. A certificate, if requested, may be sent to the recipient to announce the surprise gift of honor.
The Veterans Signature Bricks will be ordered quarterly - 4 times a year. The first order for 2008 will be placed April 30, 2008. The bricks that have been ordered will be installed in the Farmers Historic Exchange Place Park, Rt. 6 and 60, walk area. The bricks are read regularly by family and friends.
The cost for a brick is $50.00 for 2 lines of 14 letters each or $75.00 for 3 lines. Applications for the bricks maybe obtained at the American Legion Post or AmVets Post, or V.F.W. Post, by calling Janet Knittle at 967-4097 - or stop in at Vermilion Hardware. Mail the application and payment to P.O. Box 274, Vermilion, Ohio, 44089 or drop it off at Vermilion Hardware.
The Veteran does not have to be a Vermilion resident but must have served in the U.S. Military.
