8th Annual Mozzarella
Workshop
The 8th Annual Mozzarella Workshop will be held at Laurel Run Cooking School in Vermilion on Monday, May 12, from 6:30 pm to 9 pm. That’s right! Made fresh…by you! Learn how to make fresh mozzarella using mozzarella curd. It’s the next best thing to milking the cow!
Take home two pounds of fresh cheese. But before you go, we’ll sample the fruits of our labor in a classic Pizza Margherita , Bocconcini (marinated mozzarella) and Pasta with Fresh Mozzarella. All participants must bring a pair of spotlessly clean cotton-lined rubber gloves and a deep container to take home your mozzarella.
