Herb Class At Laurel Run
On Thursday, May 15, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, Laurel Run Cooking School will offer a "Snips Of Herbs" workshop. There’s no better way to add spice to your cooking than to include fresh herbs from your own garden.
You don’’t need an acre of land or a whole lot of experience to grow herbs successfully. You will learn to harvest herbs, dry or freeze them for later use and make a variety of herb butters and vinegars, pestos & marinades.
Spring Salad with Herbal Vinaigrette, Oregano- Parmesan Butter with Raviloi, Basil-Garlic Bread, Grilled Lemon-Herb Chicken Breasts, Potatoes (Gratin Dauphinois) with herb infused cream, and Pound Cake with Lavender-Blueberry Syrup.
